Sumo Pink is an opacifier for metal substructures that contains an adhesive component. Therefore, there is no need for an additional bonding system.
After casting, the skeleton is treated as usual. The surface is sandblasted with aluminum oxide 50 -110 µm, 2 bar, and the surface is blown with oil-free compressed air.
Sumo Pink is applied thinly with a hard short-bristled brush. At least two coats are applied to obtain full coverage. A coat that is not sufficiently covering will have a negative effect on the color.
The flow characteristics of the opacifier can be optimized by mixing on a mixing block.
To the retention area make sure it is applied particularly thinly. Each layer polymerizes separately.
