Zirconium dioxide materials

• Can all be sintered together at 1,450 °C
• Any programmable furnace designed for high-temperature sintering (up to 1,600 °C) is suitable
• Rapid sintering (up to 3-unit bridges) is possible
• Highly compressed material ensures precise margins and edges
• Any stain and glaze material approved for zirconium dioxide can be used

Full and partial veneering

All full and partial veneers (including cut-back) can be applied with no restrictions. The only thing to ensure is that ceramic materials are used that are compatible with the CTE of zirconium dioxide.

Translucency

• High Translucent with 49 % translucency
• Extra Translucent with 45 % translucency
• Translucent with 40 % translucency
• Opaque with 35 % translucency
• Multi Translucent with 49 % to 40 % translucency
• Multi Translucent PLUS with 49 % to 45 % translucency

Production

• Follows a validated process of uniaxial pressing followed by isostatic recompression
• Each individual pre-sintered blank is measured individually rather than batch by batch
• Specification of the defined sintering shrinkage to four decimal places

• Available with ledge, a diameter of 98.5 mm makes it suitable for all open milling machines

  In addition to a shade gradient, there is also a translucency gradient. The translucency gradient is possible by combining 3Y-TZP, 4Y-TZP and the highly translucent 5Y-TZP. The efficient solution for a small warehouse with a new color system.

  Monochrome colored blanks, which are ideal for the fabrication of frameworks and with which great results can be achieved in combination with veneering ceramics. priti®multidisc ZrO2 and priti®multibloc ZrO2 blanks are manufactured from formulations developed at our very own production site in the Eifel Region – "made in Germany". The blanks are produced using a certified process of uniaxial compression followed by cold isostatic pressing. We don't measure at batch level; each pre-sintered blank is measured individually with sintering shrinkage defined to 4 decimal places.
