The reels made of Tyvek ³ are suitable for plasma gas sterilization with hydrogen peroxide. They are adaptable to the needs of the operator who, depending on the need, can decide the measure to be used.
Technical characteristics
- They are composed on one transparent side of medical plastic film and on one side of Tyvekľ Dupont, which guarantees excellent resistance to microbial penetration, exceptional resistance to tearing and perforation and perfect peelability.
- The printing takes place on a line outside the useful space for sterilization along the welds between Tyvek and film, in order to avoid ink migration on the product.
- The triple welding line is equipped with a spacing and resistance to ensure a constant seal during sterilization and excellent peelability during opening without the release of fibers of Tyvek. Dupont or lacerations.
Packaging
The reels are packaged one by one in a protective plastic film and placed in the packaging cardboard.
